Ms. Jennifer Bennett has been the Speech and Language Pathologist at The Joseph Sears School since 2016. A member of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association, Ms. Bennett received her bachelor's degree from Elmhurst College and her master's degree from Eastern Illinois University. She has experience working with children, teens, adults and a variety of language-based disorders. Ms. Bennett has experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities including Autism, Asperger's Syndrome, and Down Syndrome. She has provided intervention to individuals with learning disabilities, receptive/expressive language disorders, phonological disorders, articulations impairments and pragmatic deficits. In her free time, Ms. Bennett enjoys traveling, seeing friends and catching up on her favorite television shows.
