On March 11, we welcomed Eric Santos, the Learning Technology Center’s Regional Educational Technology Coordinator. Last week was Courageous Advocate Week at Sears. Aligned to our Portrait, a Courageous Advocate uses their Bravery to Speak Up and Take Actions that help everyone in the community.

On December 4, Sears Math Teachers Cathy Quigley and Laura Romisher, along with Dr. Stephanie Helfand and Dr. Carrie De La Cruz, presented to our school community how the math sequence and math placement process leads to student success at Sears during the Understanding Math from Sears to New Trier and Beyond Presentation.
Kenilworth School District 38 is excited to announce that the construction and renovation work done as part of Phases I and II of its Master Facilities Plan (MFP) has culminated with Sears earning an Outstanding Project Award from Learning by Design Magazine.
November 15 is recognized in Illinois as School Board Members Day. We would like to thank the members of the Kenilworth School District 38 Board of Education for providing a local voice for our community's education decisions.
On November 14, the Sears Technology Department hosted its Technology in the Schoolhouse Parent Presentation. This session provided parents with an overview of the various technological tools and resources being utilized in our classrooms. Parents also heard about the benefits of these tools and how they are being integrated into the curriculum to enhance student learning.
