If you need to visit The Joseph Sears School for registration-related purposes, we highly recommend you schedule a time with Registrar Lukasz Sikora. This will ensure someone is available to answer all of your questions.

Families of students returning to The Joseph Sears School next year are encouraged to pre-register their children as soon as possible. Pre-registration is an important part of the administrative planning process for the upcoming year.

Returning Student Registration for the 2026-2027 school year will open on April 13 at 9:00 a.m.

Parents/Guardians of students currently enrolled in grades K-7 will receive a link to the Returning Student Registration form and a Snapcode via email on April 10. If you do not plan to enroll your student at Sears next year, please complete the Student Withdrawal form and submit it to the front office as soon as possible.

If you would like to be included in The Joseph Sears School Handbook Family Directory, please complete the online registration form by Wednesday, July 15, 2026.

1st - 8th Grade Returning Student Registration

If your residency status has changed, please review the district residency requirements to ensure your child can attain district resident status. Any student registering for kindergarten needs to use the New Student PowerSchool Portal Submission Form.

Step 1: Returning Student PowerSchool Portal submission. Completing a submission takes about 30 minutes. Student fee payment is now processed via our RevTrak Web Store.

Step 2: After registration, parents/guardians will receive an invitation from the school district by the end of July to submit all required documents digitally via File Invite.

Step 3: Confirm residency.

Please be sure your child has received all required immunizations before the first day of school. Children who are not immunized before Oct. 15 will not be permitted to attend school.
