Returning Student Registration
The tradition continues
Families of students returning to The Joseph Sears School next year are encouraged to register their children as soon as possible. Early registration is an important part of the administrative planning process for the upcoming year.
Returning student registration for the 2020-21 school year opens on Monday, April 20, 2020, 9:00 a.m., and will close on Sunday, May 31, 2020.
Please register your child through the Returning Student PowersSchool Registration Portal. You will need the PowerSchool snapcode emailed to your family in order to register. If you do not receive your code before registration opens, please request a code through The Joseph Sears School Data Manager's Help Desk. If you forgot your password, use the forgot password link provided through the Returning Student PowerSchool Registration Portal.
Kindergarten to Grade 8 Returning Student Registration
If your residency status has changed, please review the district residency requirements to ensure your child can attain district resident status.
Step 1: Use the Returning Student PowerSchool Registration Portal to register your child. Please note that the registration process takes about 30 minutes and you will be asked to pay for and/or specify the following:
- School fees
- Your child's milk preferences
- Whether you would like to donate to The Joseph Sears Booster Club
Step 2: Download, complete and submit required health forms for your child.
Step 3: Ensure all fees are paid prior to the first day of school.
Please be sure your child has received his or her immunizations prior to the first day of school. Children who are not immunized before Oct. 15 will not be permitted to attend school.
