Pam Damesek is joining The Joseph Sears School as a special education teacher. Before joining Sears, Pam served in student services administration for the past four years and brings more than 16 years of experience in special education. She is excited to return to the classroom and directly support students each day.

Pam holds multiple advanced degrees and endorsements in education administration and special education. Throughout her career, Pam has been committed to creating learning environments where students feel safe, supported, included, and capable of growth.

Pam believes strongly in student-centered learning, collaboration with families and staff, and helping students build communication, independence, confidence, and meaningful life skills. She is grateful for the opportunity to work alongside the talented educators, families, and students of The Joseph Sears School.

Outside of school, Pam enjoys spending time with her family, including eight kids and one grandchild, traveling, and staying connected with former students. One of the highlights of this past year was participating in graduation celebrations for some of her very first preschool students.
