Michelle Brookfield joined The Joseph Sears School in 2025. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Advertising with a focus in Art and Design from DePaul University. Before joining Sears, she served as the Assistant to the Head of School and Front Office Coordinator at Baker Demonstration School in Wilmette. Before that, she served as the Director of Marketing and Events for the Kenilworth Park District. In her free time, she is an oil painter who paints in the style of the 17th-century Dutch masters.
