MakerSpace is a thought process model that combines math, language, science, shop, art, (THINK: STEM/STEAM) etc. with modern technology in a community "Do It Yourself" space. Makerspaces, sometimes also referred to as hackerspaces, hackspaces, and fablabs are creative, DIY spaces where students can gather to create, invent, learn, fail, and relearn. They often have 3D printers, software, electronics, craft and hardware supplies and tools, and more. It is ever evolving and often student driven!
