Overview

The Kenilworth School District No. 38 Student Services Department works closely with parents, teachers and staff to identify and support those children from birth through age 14 who are eligible for special education assistance.

We would be happy to acquaint you with The Student Services Department available to those children who qualify. Please call to set up a visit so you can learn about the services and programs offered by our District and by the North Suburban Special Education District, which serves children from birth through age 21.

If you have any concerns about your child's needs or any questions about the services and programs offered, contact Dr. Carrie De La Cruz, Director of Student Services, at 847-853-3807, or cdelacruz@kenilworth38.org

Notice of Related Service Logs

The District maintains related service logs that document the type and number of minutes of related service administered under a student's individualized education program (IEP). These related service logs will be available to parents/guardians at a student's annual review IEP meeting. Parents/guardians may also request a copy of any IEP related service log maintained for their child. Please direct any requests for a copy of a related service log for your child to Dr. Carrie De La Cruz, Director of Student Services.
